In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform or any part of it, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Your acceptance is effective from the earliest of the following actions:

• Clicking the "Sign Up" or equivalent registration button on any page of the Platform;
• Completing the account-registration form and submitting your details;
• Making any deposit into a win4ds account; or
• Placing any wager or participating in any game on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, or responsible-gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between a specific policy document and these Terms & Conditions, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to the subject matter it covers.

win4ds reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of updated terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register an account and use the win4ds Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. win4ds enforces a strict 21+ policy. Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
2. Residency & Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. win4ds primarily serves users resident in Indonesia, including but not limited to those located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling activities.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with win4ds or any other gambling operator that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.
6. Not a win4ds Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of win4ds or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.

To create a win4ds account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at a minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Identity Verification (KYC): win4ds is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may request identity verification at any earlier stage at its sole discretion. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your name and date of birth;
• An international passport (for non-Indonesian nationals or dual citizens);
• A recent bank statement, utility bill, or other proof of address in your name;
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP or passport alongside a handwritten note provided by win4ds support.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by win4ds will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure if the deficiency is not remedied.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. win4ds will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify win4ds immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

All transactions on the win4ds Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). win4ds does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all displayed balances, odds, and payouts are denominated in IDR.

Accepted Deposit Methods: win4ds supports deposits via the following channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja;
• Any additional methods as published on the Platform's deposit page from time to time.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account, subject to any processing fees charged by the sending institution (which are not the responsibility of win4ds).

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. win4ds does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account KYC must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.
3. win4ds reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000 or for accounts flagged by our fraud-detection system.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
5. Processing time targets (not guaranteed): e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes; bank-transfer withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes. All withdrawal requests are reviewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

win4ds offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting calendars including BRI Liga 1 and the Champions League. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all win4ds bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live-dealer casino games typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets must meet minimum odds thresholds to qualify. Full contribution tables are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free bets expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specified otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Abuse & Fraud: win4ds monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk. win4ds reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abusive behavior and to close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.
• Max Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit of Rp 500.000 applies unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

All bets and wagers placed on the win4ds Platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply across the sportsbook, live-dealer casino, slots, crash games, and poker tournament verticals. Product-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform.

Sportsbook: Pre-match and live betting markets are offered on sports including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia matches), badminton, MotoGP, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and others. Handicap betting — including Asian handicap lines commonly referred to as voor bola (a points-start or handicap applied to level uneven match-ups) — and accumulator betting known as mix parlay (multi-leg parlay bets) are fully supported. Odds are expressed in decimal format by default.

• win4ds reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at corrected odds where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, results will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's governing-body rules unless specific settlement rules are published for that market.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published within the sportsbook product section.
• Mix parlay accumulators require a minimum of three selections; if one leg is voided, the accumulator reverts to the next lower number of legs.

Casino & Slots: All casino games — including live-dealer Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Lightning Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. • Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the win4ds Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the nominated exclusion period (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent). win4ds will make all reasonable efforts to block access and suspend marketing during the exclusion period.

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.

All content on the win4ds Platform — including but not limited to the win4ds name, logo, trademarks, domain names, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other material — is the exclusive property of win4ds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written permission from win4ds;
• Use win4ds trademarks or brand assets in any way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without written consent;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform or any of its content on any other website or application.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to win4ds regarding the Platform may be used by win4ds without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win4ds excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

win4ds shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained through legitimate use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or Platform unavailability due to maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from reliance on odds, statistics, or information published on the Platform that contain errors.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, win4ds's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your win4ds account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits win4ds's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by win4ds's gross negligence — categories that cannot be excluded by law.

win4ds collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, win4ds collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, identity documents, contact details, payment information, and betting activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalized promotions where you have consented to receive them.

win4ds implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive personal information, and strict internal access controls. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win4ds is incorporated and holds its operating license. win4ds operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform; the specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the licensing information available through our support team upon request.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, win4ds encourages users to attempt resolution through the following staged process:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected] and describe your complaint in full. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24–72 hours.

All disputes must be submitted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in any class-action, collective, or consolidated proceeding against win4ds to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
